Offshore drilling conductors and risers for isolating the wellbore from seawater during exploration and development drilling on jack-up, floater, and fixed platforms. Supplied to API 5L (Gr.B–X70) and API 5CT (K55) with quick-connect connectors — Single Circlip, Double Circlip, Single Threaded, and Four-start Threaded types. Pipe length typically 12 m with fast-connect design for rapid deployment.
Line Pipe
Factory-applied FBE, 3LPE, and 3LPP anti-corrosion coating on API 5L line pipe. ISO 21809 qualified, 100% holiday tested. Internal FBE and project-specified cutback lengths available.
API 5L seamless line pipe X52–X80, PSL1 and PSL2. No weld seam. Sour service grades with HIC testing per NACE TM0284. FBE, 3LPE, and 3LPP coating available.

Fittings
Hot-induction and cold-formed pipe bends in carbon, alloy, and stainless steel with bend radius R from 3D to 10D. Unlike standard ASME B16.9 short- and long-radius elbows, pipe bends are produced with extended straight tangent lengths (300–1500 mm) and are specified by angle (15° through 180°) and bend radius to suit pipeline routing requirements. Available to ASME B16.9, DL/T 515, SY 5257, or customer drawing.
Butt-weld pipe end caps in carbon, alloy, and stainless steel manufactured to ASME B16.9. Caps seal the end of a pipe run and are used to blank off piping for pressure testing, system isolation, or permanent termination. Available from ½" through 48" in seamless construction and 26" through 72" in welded construction, with wall thickness from Sch 5 through XXS.
Butt-weld pipe elbows in carbon, alloy, and stainless steel manufactured to ASME B16.9 and ASME B16.28. Available in 45°, 90°, and 180° configurations; short-radius (1D) and long-radius (1.5D) from ½" through 24" seamless, and 4" through 72" in fabricated welded construction. Wall thickness from Sch 10 through XXS; maximum wall 120 mm.
Pipe flanges in carbon, stainless, and alloy steel manufactured to ASME B16.5 and ASME B16.47, covering NPS ½" through 60" across pressure Classes 150 through 2500. ZC supplies 14 flange types — from weld neck and blind flanges for high-pressure applications to slip-on, socket welding, and threaded flanges for lower-pressure systems — in raised face (RF), ring-type joint (RTJ), and flat face (FF) connection face configurations.
Concentric and eccentric butt-weld reducers in carbon, alloy, and stainless steel manufactured to ASME B16.9. Concentric reducers maintain a common centreline; eccentric reducers keep one side flat for draining or maintaining top-of-pipe alignment. Available from ½" through 24" seamless and 4" through 72" welded; wall thickness from Sch 10 through XXS, maximum 120 mm.
Butt-weld equal and reducing tees in carbon, alloy, and stainless steel manufactured to ASME B16.9. Equal tees provide full-bore branch connections; reducing tees join a branch of smaller NPS. Available from ½" through 24" seamless and up to 72" in welded construction, with wall thickness from Sch 5S through XXS.
Industrial valves in carbon, stainless, and alloy steel for oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, and water treatment service.
