P-110 at 9⅝″ — the deep production casing standard: P-110 (minimum yield 758 MPa / 110 ksi) is the dominant grade for deep and ultra-deep production casing in Africa's deepwater and HPHT onshore fields. Its high yield handles burst and collapse loading from formation pore pressures and annular fluid columns that exceed L-80 or N-80 design limits. API 5CT specifies that P-110 must not be used in sour service above the H₂S partial pressure thresholds in NACE MR0175 — where sour service is required, T-95 or Q-125 with sour qualification applies instead.
ZC-31 full-flush connection: Full-flush OD is essential at 9⅝″ production casing, which must pass through the 13⅜″ intermediate string with clearance for centraliser blades and cement flow. ZC-31 achieves full-flush OD by machining the coupling into the pipe end, eliminating the external shoulder that limits conventional coupled connections. The connection carries: - ISO 13679 CAL II or CAL III gas-tightness depending on ordered test level - High torque rating for rotational running in horizontal wells - Smooth internal bore with no ID upset — wireline tools pass without restriction
